An invitation from Ken Levine…
You are invited to take part in my free teleseminar, “Sitcom Secrets Revealed.”
(“Teleseminar” is a fancy word for “conference call where I do most of the talking.”)
When:
Tuesday, October 2
4:00PM - 5:00PM (Pacific Time)
For 60 minutes, I’ll share an insider’s look at the world of TV situation comedy. My Sitcom Room co-producer, Dan O’Day, also will be there to keep me on-topic.
To receive the private telephone number and your own private access code,
register now (it’s free).
I can accommodate only 150 people on this call. If you’d like to be one of them, please fill in and submit the form immediately.
What’s The Catch?
Is This Some Sort of Sales Pitch or Something?
No catch. I just thought it would be a fun change of pace to talk about TV writing rather than writing about it.
And less work. This won’t be an essay; it’ll be a conversation.
I guess you could say it’s “sponsored” by my Sitcom Room. I’ll probably talk about some of the revelations that came out of Sitcom Room I - things the participants discovered as well as things I discovered while working with them.
But the focus will be on TV comedy writing.
Let me put it this way: If my first teleseminar turns out be nothing more than an infomercial, I’ll be the first person to hang up.
In fact, once you’ve registered for the call we’ll send you a special e-mail address for you to submit any questions you’d like me to answer during the call. (I can’t guarantee that I’ll get to everyone’s question, but
yours probably will be so good….)
We do plan, however, to reserve the last 2 minutes or so to throw in a plug for Sitcom Room II. If you like, you can listen to the first 58 minutes and then leave when the commercial begins.
